Weekend (Friday/Saturday) night
with late checkout can be arranged for Sunday morning

Cancellation Policy as at Jan 2009
Terms and conditions.
We advise any booking cancelled within 30 days to booking will incur a $ 30 fee.
Booking cancelled with in 14 days prior to booking will incur a $50 fee.
Booking cancelled with in 7 days prior to booking will incur a 50 % fee.
Note:- We will hold onto the deposit only until if those same dates are booked again.
Alternatively, your booking can be taken at another date, as well, within the same year.
